Design: Building a new home? Remodeling your existing one? TMC offers a design service to get exactly what you want out of your home comfort.

Fabrication: TMC houses a full sheet metal shop capable of fabricating any sheet metal fitting needed. We also have a patent pending on our Zone system fittings.

Indoor Air Quality: Becoming a very important issue with tighter construction designs and rising allergy sensitivities, the air in the average home is at least 10 times more polluted than outdoor air in the smoggiest cities according to the EPA.

Energy Management: Consultations available to determine how to best lower utility bills and increase comfort. TMC has been installing HVAC systems in Energy Star homes since NY State decided to implement the program. In fact Thomas Kroeckel, president of TMC, was the lead HVAC system design consultant and installer of the very first Energy conscious home built in the Rochester area by Ryan Homes in conjunction with the US department of energy in 1996-1997 dubbed the Carborne.

Maintenance Contracts: TMC offers 1year and 5 year contracts available to our customers. Lack of maintenance is the number one cause of system failure, be confident that you and your family are prepared for Mother Nature.
